👋 Hey PH
I'm the maker of DevTool.io - a curated directory for discovering the best developer tools, faster.
Like many devs, I kept losing track of great tools hidden in bookmarks, GitHub stars, newsletters, and random tweets.
DevTool.io is my solution:
🔍 Clean search
🗂️ Useful categories (Frontend, CI/CD, AI/ML, etc.)
🏷️ Tags (open-source, freemium, etc.)
✨ Featured and trending tools
I built this over a weekend using Cursor + Claude to keep the process lightweight.
It's still early, but the core is there - fast, and handpicked for devs who want to build, not hunt.
Would love your thoughts, feedback, and tool suggestions! 🚀
Thanks for checking it out 🙌
Currently there's no voting system, but I have a plan to implement this in a near future. It's on editorial choice at the moment.
Thanks!

I mean it's the perfect tool for anyone looking to build - Especially those in the process of making the transition from a full-time job > Indiehacker lifestyle!

The layout looks fantastic and feels really well thought out. Do you rank the tools based on user ratings or is it all based on editorial choices?
@gracebates thank you... appreciate your input!

What a fantastic productivity boost all in one spot. Is there a newsletter or alert system for new tool releases?
