@awjdean We see this as two things for people who aren't actively looking
1) a way to passively keep an eye on the market, in case the right thing pops up without having to spend much time and brain power on it / talking to recruiters.
2) We're building out a lot of Dex's coaching and lifecycle features, for instance, Dex can give you salary benchmarks based on public and proprietary data. Longer term we want to lean more into coaching overall

Talking to Dex is amazing. He (it?) is a way better listener than most human recruiters I've spoken to in the past (sorry humans), and the conversation felt astonishingly natural. Expecting big things here!

Have been following Dex for quite a while now and have had the opportunity to test one of the earlier versions as well as the newest version and have to say, the team has done some amazing work! I'm personally in a position where my background is quite diverse, which I think is pretty typical for people early in their careers who are still figuring out where they fit.

I'm curious how Dex handles profiles like mine where the experiences don't follow an obvious pattern? The career coach feature feels like it could be crucial here!

Congrats on the launch, sounds like a gamechanger! How does Dex evaluate a candidate's true motivation? Is it based on behavioural signals, application patterns or do you have proprietary models that go beyond the 'usual' keyword matching?
