The information is very well presented, well explained, with nice examples that make the concepts easy to grasp. My nitpick however is about the purpose of the web site: "psychological principles and examples for inspiration to enhance the customer experience and connect with your users". It is certainly UX but I do not think that exploiting cognitive bias and human weaknesses are good means to connect with users. It is more a manner of having them buy stuff they don't need. For example: "This order makes the subsequent plan *seem* like a bargain."

Awesome product! These days, it's impossible not to use psychology for marketing. All large companies use psychology in their marketing, people just don't notice it, but subconsciously it works for companies. I myself am a licensed psychologist who works on an online therapy platform reviews https://efficientcounselor.com/ and they also use some marketing hacks that are not immediately visible.
