Ditto is how Windows clipboard should be. It's handy, fast, remembers everything, and it's full of options, more than what you wish for. It's there when you need it. Copy+paste will never be the same.
I'm very impressed by this little one. Love the fact that it's free and to the point, but the developer has put in the effort. Lots of it, actually. And all the little things like showing up where you focus (next to the editing caret), rich hotkey config, option to not copy from certain applications, handling images effortlessly, filtering duplicates, filtering too fast (accidental) double-copies, everything is full of attention for the details. Clipboard managers are not necessary for survival UNTIL you try them once. And then, suddenly, you can't live without them. Ditto is a pretty good alternative for Windows built-in clipboard history (Win+V), and saves you lots of headache.
Keeps running in the background and does the job right. It's always there when you need it, never causing any disturbance in the force when you don't. Keeps images, texts, everything in one place, nicely searchable, beats the windows built-in clipboard manager by magnitudes, I also love the fact that it's super fast to pop up and easy to navigate with keyboard. A handy tool, no more, no less, but the most of what it's meant to me.
