I've been using docAnalyzer for several months now. It's easy to use, has a pretty intuitive UI, and most importantly, works the way it's supposed to. It's also competitively priced when compared to other companies of its sort. An important plus is support. I've contacted support on two different occasions and both times I got quick, respectful, actionable responses that solved my issues. Anyone knows that when there's a reason to contact support, if support is lacking, it really doesn't matter how good a product is. docAnalyzer is triple+ : 1. Stable product that delivers. 2. Responsive support. 3. Competitively priced. I'm impressed.

DocAnalyzer is one of the key pieces of software that I use in both my business and personal life! I use it every damn day. I use it to compare submitted résumés to job postings, review contracts, ask questions about terms of service, find information I’ve forgotten, summarize, and a lot more. I can’t recommend it enough! I’ve tried loads of other similar software and this one is absolutely my favorite! Plus their customer support and attention from the founder is always appreciated. I’ve only had a few chances to use their agents, but from what I’ve seen they’re also amazing!

This application is much better than others that specialize in document analysis. The ability to upload and analyze very large documents is crucial for my work. docAnalyzer not only allows reading larger documents but also produces broader results. Choosing the model you want is another advantage since each model has its strengths depending on your needs. I have even generated code taking in consideration that the app is designed primarily for text output.

As someone who doesn't have time to read a book or report cover-to-cover, I rely on docAnalyzer.ai to sort and filter out core information and details from a PDF file, and it does this job well! I compared it to UPDF, a PDF viewer and Al summary tool, but the depth of extraction just wasn't there in UPDF, I felt. Overall, a great Al-based tool to analyze PDF files.

I am a long time user and advocate for this product. I teach business in a community college. My assignment is in California Prison. I have added and analyzed hundreds of documents using this program. The ability to add both large numbers of documents and very large individual documents is awesome.
