How do you ensure the accuracy of the summaries, especially for more complex documents? Upvoted and excited to see how this evolves!
@renchu_song Thanks Richard 😄. There are quite a few measures in place to make sure the summaries are accurate, but the longer the policy, the more clauses it seems to skip over. It's an issue I'm still working on. Prompting and NLP can only take me so far, so when API costs come down, I'm considering adding a few more steps to the summary gen process. Right now it would be too expensive, but in general the accuracy is very good from my own testing.
@kyrylosilin It's more accurate than I initially thought it would be. I've been using it since November last year and haven't seen a single hallucination. One issue, however, is making sure GPT includes all terms in the summary. The longer the policy is, the more it seems to skip over the smaller clauses and prioritise the most 'impactful' terms.
@kavyaaatripathi I was actually considering a redesign a few weeks ago, but people seem to like it. I think as long as the summaries are easily accessible, the design just needs to be simple. Thanks for being here for the launch 😄
