Comparatively LegalZoom and GenieAI gave me better quality documents. This platform advertises a wide range of document library, but in reality, most are not particularly useful. I sent those documents to my lawyer and found many of them require changes. Given this, not good value for the money to me, need not to say the extra time and cost needed to spend on modifying those documents.

Despite I have never showed interest in their product, I received multiple unsolicited cold emails from them. This constant cold emails spamming feels disruptive and unprofessional. More concerning is how they obtained my email address in the first place. As someone working in the legal field, it is questionable whether their marketing methods of collecting contact information and sending marketing materials comply with privacy laws and best practices. Companies operating in the legal space should hold themselves to the highest standards of legality and ethics, and this experience has left me questioning their credibility.
