Did you see Meta's new Cloud API pricing? From October 1st, WhatsApp charges per message for everything sent through the API including service messages that were free until now.
Every AI chatbot replying to customers just became a cost center. An SMB doing 5,000 conversations/month with ~10 bot replies each = ~$1,000/month in new fees. From zero.

This is a very real SMB problem.
A lot of businesses don't need another inbox, they just need to stop losing the conversations already happening in WhatsApp. missed follow-ups, unanswered leads, old quotes, people who showed intent and then disappeared... that can become invisible very quickly.
The "no workflow change" part is probably the strongest piece here. if the team can keep chatting the way they already do, adoption should be much easier. Curious how Dokwise estimates the revenue at stake. is it based on conversation intent, past deal values, manual setup, or a mix of these?
How does the AI actually figure out when a lead is slipping away vs just taking a while to respond, and does it get smarter over time as we correct its suggestions?
Plugged it into my WhatsApp and within an hour it flagged two leads I'd completely forgotten about, worth about $3k combined. Genuinely didn't expect that to be useful on day one.
finally something that works with the whatsapp i already use instead of forcing a new tool. the daily follow-up list is honestly the only feature that matters and it nailed it.
