Update April 25: Dorik team is still not replying. it's been 4 days and my website hasn't launched because of delays from them. Update April 24: it's been over 3 days and my launch has been delayed. this has impacted my customers and my business. but the dorik team hasn't provided support. they have failed to explain why the product isn't working and the website isn't rendering. it was such a mistake to use dorik. very poor customer service experience. had a terrible experience with both the product and customer support. 1. none of the graphics or text rendered on the live version of my website as expected. all the live version showed was plain text. the text wasn't even in it's proper position. first they made up a reason which was very obscure and put their own product's capability into question. moreover, if the reason they gave for the issue was true, then only the pages to which their reason/logic applied should have experienced issues with rendering. but in fact all of my pages were having the bug. secondly, if the reason they gave was true, how come the website worked properly for a few hours although the underlying issue (as per them) wasn't fixed. they fixed the problem only after a lot of back and forth. but the issue happened again within 24 hours and my website is still not functioning (https://torwise.ca/). I wrote to dorik support team yesterday but they have completely ignored me - no response. 2. the hosting instructions provided on dorik weren't correct. so when I informed them of the issue they provided wrong guidance to me which wasted my time, delayed my launch and impacted my customers. when I pressed them further, they accepted their mistake and tried to resolve the issue. I would not recommend dorik. underwhelming experience using a substandard product in my experience.

This is my 2 month Dorik Review, it's a really good system to setup quick and easy landing page or one page websites, this the only pro. But it is generally very buggy, whenever I switch home pages or build new pages my dashboard would not show up and recently my entire custom domain has been disconnected twice now. Customer support is very slow and I would love to recommend Dorik but it has too much downtime when I was depending on it for my website to show. Especially when I am out buying ads and networking, my clients want to see my website and our portfolio only to be hit with an error 404. Every day our business website is down, it costs us opportunity cost. So I recommend only using dorik for tests projects, but if you are planning to build your main static website, use wix or square space if you are code adverse. PROS - Easy to build. - Fast for quick prototype and one page websites. CONS - If you run into custom domain issues it may take a while until it resolves. -Customer support is very very slow, I would pay 3 x more the price for better customer support. - Has lots of unknown bugs.

The most important thing I need for any application is technical support. Dorik has great technical support and a strong community. I used wordpress for 15 years but now I am switching to Dorik and we are happy because I don't have to deal with data backup, security, updates, installations etc. I have to make websites fun and intuitive. My web site: https://evolucevztahu.cz , Dorik fulfills that. If you're not an IT guy, you'll be thankful for zo's very helpful team and tech support behind the scenes. I also love their community and helpful customer support. I use the Dorik CMS Agency plan and have watched Dorik become a better and better tool for building quality websites. It has a lot of potential. I am very happy with Dorik, even though I am from the Czech Republic ❤

I've used so many website builders (Div, Elementor, Oxygen, Brizy, Nicepage, Framer and a few others) and I have to say I really like Dorik. It's UI is easy to navigate, very easy to get up a template and customise, love the ready made sections to build a site from scratch, and the pricing for what you get in terms of features, pages, collaborators, white label etc, is AMAZING!!!

For the price, it's a great choice. Support is difficult to reach and is in an opposite time zone, so can take a long time to resolve. The load speed on my site could use improvement and there are some other quirks that annoy me. Big pros for me were Airtable integration.

"Simply one of the best - if not the best - nocode website builders in the world. I've been a Dorik customer since the beginning of their journey and I can say that Mizan and his team have been improving this incredible product every day. It's not a flawless product, like all others, obviously. But the support team doesn't treat you with arrogance or that usual coldness that is increasingly present and annoying in support agents of companies. They are a group that demonstrates being really concerned about doing things right. I'm a customer of Dorik's most expensive plan and I haven't regretted it until today. Highly recommend it."

I am new to Dorik, but I played with it a little and found it's not as difficult as I expected. But some features I wanted are not available in the builder. Anyway, I already submitted my ideas(feature requests). I noticed that Dorik focuses more on templates from their roadmap. I suggest focusing on features is a must. I hope the founder will seriously consider every single request submitted. We were not submitting them for fun.

What's great

This is really good! Its fast, creative and on-point. I love that it gives you that chatgpt kind of response - like you watch it create a website, it scrolls while doing it. The images it used looks good and the color combinations are amazing! Totally recommended!

What needs improvement

The only drawback I can see is the annoying "feedback" button on the left that looks like it blocks some options (it doesn't though) and that there are too many options to edit. But I really didn't need to give it anything except for the prompt.
