Ran a few searches through Dragonfly to help find some new media monitoring and social listening tools. It surfaces a few hidden gems I couldn't find on Google or GPT, plenty with free trials that I could sign up and try out straight away. Most of the well-known brands in the comms industry force you to sit through a demo and hide their (ludicrous) pricing. I work with small teams on tight schedules so when I need new tech, I need it now. I'm also not a technical person, and found the chat feature perfectly intuitive. Super refreshing, can't wait to see what Dragonfly adds next!

@busmark_w_nika great question! Today you cannot, but in the future we want to show what tech and product are being used by other firms in your industry. All of this will be based on publicly available information.

Nice tool. How do you keep the catalogue of tools up to date and avoid being another g2?
@madison_barefoot we are approaching this from multiple angles. We have various automated workflows that look for new tools, look for changes in existing directly from the source and then enrich with 3rd party data.
We do not allow vendors to pay themselves to the top of recommendations. What we want to be is unbiased source of information and provide what is best for the users.
A personalized AI tool recommender is exactly what’s needed in today’s crowded software landscape. Love that Dragonfly offers unbiased recommendations from such a large catalogue. Curious — how granular is the customization? Can it factor in budget, team size, and existing stack?
