it was amazing at first.. which encouraged me to subscribe to the top tiere subscription.. but recently I've been unable to use it anymore.. because it seems they've blocked the use of images of famous politicians.. although that there's no mention of this rule anywhere in the site.. I've emailed the support trying to figure out what's the issue.. but I got no response at all.

Hey @brooklyn_hill1 . I bought a subscription on CapCut and I applied to access the video generator. Its been a month and I did not receive any invitation email. I kindly ask if you could assist me with that. My email is arinzezic@gmail.com. I bought the CapCut subscription using my apple ID email.
I recently purchased a subscription for one of your premium products Dreamina Ai, primarily to access the Lip Sync video feature. However, even after subscribing, the feature remains unusable — it keeps asking me to wait for up to one hour, which defeats the purpose of instant access. Moreover, despite this delay, my credits are not being deducted or utilized.
This issue makes the subscription experience highly frustrating and unproductive. I kindly request that you either resolve this issue immediately and ensure the Lip Sync videos work as promised, or process a full refund for my payment.
