Since graduating college I've always lived in different cities and timezones than my family. As a consequence, I often forget to go through the roundabout process of asking relatives for their shipping info to send them gifts for their birthdays and holidays. Not only have I forgotten to send gifts entirely, but I've also always struggled with knowing what gifts to get! And the reality is, no matter how inexpensive the gift, gift giving has always been an important gesture of love among my family. This app is an attempt to alleviate some of the friction with gift giving. No address? No problem. Don't want to spark small talk with your awkward cousin, just to get them a gift and ruin the surprise? No problem. Just provide the phone number and a link to the gift you want to send and Droplink handles the rest. Oh but wait! Can't think of what to get them? Tell them to setup a Droplink registry :) Anyways, I hope the people of Product Hunt enjoy! I appreciate all the feedback and constructive criticism :)
