Our current world is built on hate.. so unfortunate.. delete Uber, delete United. Hopefully it's just a black PR campaigns of competitors. People can't be so dumb.

United Sucks -- but depending on where you live and the airport(s) that are near you -- you'd be eliminating a huge % of your flight options if you eliminated United as an option.
@baidoct what specifically is exaggerated? Do you mean "over reacted"? If so, perhaps it's that people resonate with the incident and feel it represents their experiences with the company. I certainly feel that way.
