DueNest is a free-beta reminder tool for people living across borders. Enter dates you have confirmed yourself, choose your timezone and reminder intervals, and review the schedule. No passport scans, document uploads, immigration-status checks, or legal deadline calculations. Keep a separate backup for critical dates.

One small detail that can make reminder tools confusing: choosing “90 days before” does not mean an alert will be sent retroactively.
We have added a preview before saving in DueNest. For a date you have checked and entered yourself, you can see which selected reminders are still ahead, in your chosen timezone and local time. Past reminder points are skipped. You can also inspect what Strict and Balanced notification modes include before saving.
18 October update: choose “Use device timezone” to fill the timezone, then review or change it before saving. Sign-in now shows a waiting state while a link is requested, so it is clear the request is in progress.
The free web beta is open: https://colworks.com/duenest/?utm_source=producthunt
Does the preview make it clear which reminder comes next? Please share the confusing step rather than private dates, document details, or sign-in links. Email inbox placement is not guaranteed; keep a separate reminder for critical dates.
Privacy preview clarification: the preview now labels the email subject and body explicitly. Your device and email app control notification previews and may show the email body, including your private label in Balanced mode.
A small onboarding update is live: the DueNest page now walks through a passport-date example and answers common first-use questions, including email sign-in, editing a date, and giving feedback safely.
Try it with one date you have already confirmed: choose your timezone, select reminder intervals, and review the schedule before saving. The example uses 30 and 7 days as reminder preferences, not official renewal deadlines. The beta is free and works in your browser.

Which step still feels unclear: choosing a timezone, understanding the schedule, or checking delivery status? Please share the step, without document numbers, private dates, or sign-in links.
A practical first test for DueNest: choose one date you have already confirmed, select your timezone and reminder intervals, then review the schedule before saving. No document upload is needed.
I am especially interested in the first-use experience: was it clear when your reminder would be sent, and where did you hesitate? Please share the confusing step, not any passport details or private dates.
The beta is free. DueNest does not calculate legal deadlines, and email inbox placement is not guaranteed. Keep an independent reminder for anything consequential.
