I absolutely love that it links and pulls from Twitch, which is my main platform for the time being.

I don't like the misleading of the free version because you can't actually access any clips, I had to just take a chance and purchase a month worth just to make sure it was going to be worth my time and money.

Luckily, it was this time!

It has helped and saved me hours of editing.

A free trial, even for a few days like other AI and editing apps, would significantly improve download and it would make the "free version" less of a click bait...

Honestly, I didn't really find anything that would have been worth the time since you can't access the clips without paying.

I chose it initially because it claimed to offer a free version.

It eventually turned into wanting to try it because I seen how easy and quick it would pull clips. It also links directly to twitch! This was a huge selling point for me!

I picked up this product during the Holiday sale. It is now $30 more than I purchased for. The Premium service says it comes with a handful of things it does not deliver on. There is no live chat. I still do not have access to the VIP discord. I have tried to upload 8 videos so far and only 3 of them made it through processing. 5 have failed processing. The clips they did process are what I would consider some of the worst clips to pull. I would say 95% of the clips they recommend are complete garbage. Going with the Premium allowing 3 videos processed per day, they consider a failed process a process and thus you are lucky to get 1 video processed per day. The Premium says up to 10x processing speeds though every video starts at 18 hours for processing, and does take hours if it actually processes. Customer support is through their discord channel that is not the VIP channel, and takes hours for responses and no actual resolution to issues so far. The Premium also says your videos that are processed are saved for 90 days, but it is showing a 14 day expiration on these videos. Basically everything that is promised and the reason you were willing to pay for the service is a blatant lie. In its current state, I would not recommend others to purchase.

What I found is actually ok is the clip editor. If you manually curate your clip and then upload it into their software, you can then use its editing tools which are actually not that bad. This is the only reason it gets 2 stars. The only part of the program that somewhat works, but with your own manual labor to get it to work correctly. The AI editor is slop.

vs Alternatives

Eklipse gg through internet and AI chat searches was said to be more curated to game streamers and helping edit their content to shorts. I should of done more research.

This product has saved me countless hours in assisting me to find clips and has even helped me find clips that I didn't realize that would make great content until it suggested them to me.

What needs improvement

There are some things that I would also like to be able to manually edit like the sample meme content or personalize them via cropping.

vs Alternatives

Eklipse.gg is the right choice because of all the features available to a user and the support provided behind their products. They do a great job supporting their community.

I really love the auto processing of streams. I do however take away points for it not being quicker with the processing. Having to manually start the clips process is a bit tedious. Also sometimes finding the game to capture being locked under premium is a HUGE turnoff tbh

What needs improvement

Sometimes on my end, not sure if user error the clips come with some weird flashing and can't be used.

I stumbled on it thru a tiktok ad I believe. I do think I used to use it before, but regardless of that, it is very good for someone who is lazy like I am lol

This is one of the best clip maker, clip generator, clip getter, clip publisher, clip editing website and app I have come across. I was sceptic at first but I took the plunge and paid for the membership and let me tell you, that was the best decision I made with editing tools. I am trying to grow my community and this has been helping with editing videos with AI and publishing them with ease and it even has a schedule publishing tool.

vs Alternatives

Was looking for an editing tool with AI and I came across this one and it is hands down the best one so after my free trial run, I took the plunge and did the premium, no regrets with that decision

I was truly surprised by how easy it was to use this app. I just wish the phone app had the same options as the actual website, though I know that is not always possible. If the download all option could be added to the app for the clips from a stream, that would be amazing.

Best software for editing my clips from Twitch, you can easily send them to all social media after you're done adding subtitles or other changes.

vs Alternatives

Its easier to use then other platforms that have paywalls for everything, also the automatic subtitles work better and supports advanced usage with modifications.

Eklipse claims its software can automate content creation and create stunning visuals but I tried it for a few days and was disappointed in its results. All the clips were either too long, out of sync or missing text automation and so required manual editing. I found I was investing as much time, or even more editing clips for TikTok/YouTube and had less control over the contents. Some things I added/removed via the platform kept reappearing and often resulted in another thing breaking. I reached out to the support team for a refund but they refused and said it’s against their terms of service, which I found ludicrous! This was against my country’s consumer rights and hence I was able to file a credit card dispute and claim the money back. How can a service not offer a free trial or comply with the Consumer Rights Act? I tried for days to contact a staff member via their Discord, but found it to be plagued with bots and scammers who kept adding and messaging me. However, following the refund Eklipse (themselves) reached out to me to apologise and enquire what had influenced my decision, hoping to receive my constructive feedback and sign me back up (but it was too late). Red flags: most reviews are paid for (hence banned on trustpilot), no listed team on website, no LinkedIn, no listed company number/address, no refunds, no free trials and they use your data for marketing purposes.
