Elara’s launch is different because it’s chat-first and wardrobe-first. Instead of browsing feeds or catalogs, users talk to Elara, which recommends complete, context-aware outfits using their real wardrobe. It learns from daily interactions via session history and feedback, and enables intentional shopping only when there’s a genuine gap.
From day one, the goal wasn’t to create another outfit generator — it was to solve something real: the mental load of deciding what to wear. Watching Elara evolve into a chat-first, wardrobe-first experience that actually understands context has been incredibly rewarding.
Huge credit to the team for obsessing over the small details — from how wardrobe data is interpreted to how recommendations feel conversational and confident.
