I used it for several months as a beta tester. Even submitted a few bugs (which one was never fully resolved; the prompt would just go blank or not work suddenly and I had to restart the whole thing). My main frustration was:
A. it changed a lot and very quickly that I couldn't keep up.
B. I couldn't find any guides or walkthroughs on how to use the new features to maximize my productivity.
Otherwise it worked for the little usage I was using it for. Once my beta ended and I was asked to pay for it, but I just couldn't justify it since, again, I wasn't integrating it into my daily use outside of just prompting it with some random questions once or twice a day. I really wish I had enough help to integrate it into my daily use.
I wish the Embra team luck going forward regardless!

@norsegaud Hey Nathan! Good points all around. It's true that we didn't do a good enough job helping users learn the new features & capabilities. We've since hired for that, produced a lot of video contents, and have a learning library. New user activation rates are above industry average now, though there's still a lot to teach.
On the change side, I'm curious to learn more there. As a founder, it sometimes feel like we aren't shipping quickly enough, as opposed to the exact opposite. :)
The bugs you're talking about -> about a year ago we had some team transition, and we fell behind on bugs. Sorry that feel through. The app is quite reliable now and we've been polishing for a long time!

This feels like Notion and Linear had a love child. Generally hesitant to add new things to my workflow but really amazed at how easy the onboarding has been. congrats @zachtratar

Love how it unifies workflows (meetings, CRM, email) into one OS—this could be a game-changer for teams drowning in tools. The "interconnected agents" reacting to business changes (like auto-researching competitors!) and human-in-the-loop approvals are smart touches to balance automation with control.
One suggestion: Add more customization for industry-specific workflows (e.g., SaaS vs. e-commerce). Also, a demo video would help users visualize how agents handle complex tasks.

It makes me sick that this exists and I have to use M365 Copilot for my job. For anyone familiar with the 'do it all' AI powered workspaces, the promises are all the same but the reality falls flat. You can look up AI notes from your meetings, but then you still need to add context from your own notes and emails, copy/paste inputs to your agents, and left wondering if you're really putting in any less work.
Not only does Embra deliver on the promise of a fully connected AI operating system, the AI is actually deeply integrated and proactive. Embra enables true automation on cross-application workflows, makes proactive suggestions, and is more like having a coach on your team than just another set of tools.
