Ente Auth is a free, open source and cross platform 2FA app designed to offer a great experience to two factor users. With innovative features like encrypted backups, next code, sharing, notes, Ente Auth is recommended by CERN and Linus Tech Tips.
Best 2FA app, full stop.
Have used multiple different products already and Ente Auth is not only FOSS (open-source), but also super polished.
Already converted most of my friends and family to switch over as well.

Full-stack monitoring for errors, metrics, and logs
Hello PH! 👋
A few years ago we wanted an Authenticator app with backups, so we could stop worrying about losing our secrets.
We couldn’t find an Open Source solution that was available on all devices, so we built one.
Thanks to community feedback the product has evolved a lot - leading to recommendations from the likes of CERN, Italian Nuclear Institute, LinusTechTips, Privacy Guides, Techlore and more!
Now we’re excited to launch v4.0 of Ente Auth on Product Hunt! 🚀
Highlights:
- Apps for Android, iOS, Linux, Mac, Windows and Web
- Free end-to-end encrypted backups
- Organize and pin codes
- Attach encrypted notes
- Share codes w/ auto-expiring links
- View the next code, before the current code expires
- Additional security with app lock, passkeys and hardware keys
- Full data portability
- Offline mode
- Import from Authy, Google Authenticator, Aegis, Ravio, LastPass, Bitwarden and more
The service is being offered free of cost in an attempt to make security accessible.
Also, Ente is fully open source, so you can run Ente on your own servers if you wish.
Please check out the product, we'd be grateful for any feedback!

@vishnukvmd Hey I am using microsoft authenticator from a long time and i want to switch as i am having nearly 60 services connected and i am not seeing any option to import to Ente, is there any way to move easily
@hikumar From a cursory glance it looks like Microsoft Authenticator does not offer a way to export your own data.

@vishnukvmd I was really excited to see that I can import from Authy (my current 2FA app), but I can't find any way to import from Authy. In the iOS app, Authy is not an option under the "import" menu. Could you point me in the right direction to start the import from Authy? Thanks!
Recently looked into Ente Auth ( saw you all were recommended by PrivacyGuides) the only thing holding me back is lack of Apple Watch support. Is that planned?
@jamesmckee Hey, not right now. Please join our community @ ente.io/discord for sneak peeks :)

Really well built and available across devices. Moved all my 2FA to Ente Auth a few weeks back and everything works better than expected.
Just realized that there's a "share" feature to send codes temporarily to someone - this is going to be super useful.
Thanks team Ente!
Congratulations on your launch 🎉.
Quick question - do you have Flutter SDK?
Currently we use Clerk in Draftly.so and it doesn't have Flutter SDK and hence it's a pain to integrate.
