Exciting day today our first launch on Product Hunt!
We ve been building @Envelope for months with a vision to make event planning easier.
It’s fantastic because it automates the boring, time-consuming stuff (like designing pages and sending invites), so you can focus on the creative side of your event. Plus, the intuitive builder makes it easy for anyone, tech-savvy or not, to put together a pro-level event in minutes.
It’d be great if it could offer more customization options for branding, especially for smaller events. Maybe more templates for different types of events could help too, so you’re not stuck with just the basics. A little extra flexibility wouldn’t hurt!
As a student juggling a million things, I needed something that simplified event planning without drowning me in too many tools. The AI does the heavy lifting, which saves me hours and lets me focus on the fun parts, like actually organizing the event.
It’s fantastic because it actually blends automation with control, AI builds the base, but you can tweak everything easily. No juggling multiple tools, and the pages feel polished without extra effort.
I’d say maybe more template variety and deeper customization options. Right now it’s fast, but if you want something really unique, you hit limits.

Also, a bit more integration with calendars or CRMs would make it feel like a full event workflow instead of just the landing/invite side.
Yep, registration works well on mobile, forms are clean, responsive, and easy to navigate. Could use a bit more polish for really long forms, but overall solid.
Editing is smooth, drag-and-drop feels natural, and text changes are instant. AI does most heavy lifting, but fine-tuning layouts can get a little clunky with complex designs.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I’m Marek, co-founder of Envelope — the Cursor for event planning.
Most event tools make you start from scratch: blank dashboards, endless setup, and a stack of integrations. With Envelope, you just describe your event in plain English and it’s ready in seconds ✨
Example:
“A conference in Chicago for 300 guests with a registration page, RSVP invites, tickets, and reminder emails.”
And boom, you get a working event: page, registration form, and branded emails. From there, you’re in control. 🚀
Here’s what you can do with Envelope today:
Smart event setup: From one sentence to a full working event.
Intuitive visual builder: Refine designs, layouts, and content.
Emailing platform: Send invites, reminders, tickets to a targeted audience.
Smart insights: Track and analyze guest engagement as your event evolves.
The result? An event platform that feels less like “software” and more like a partner by your side.
🎁 We’re offering the first 3 months free so you can try Envelope risk-free and see the difference for yourself.

We’d love your thoughts and feedback in the comments!
@marekmensa The plain English setup approach could save a lot of time. We've organized dozens of industry events and the initial setup is always a pain - creating forms, setting up email sequences, configuring registration flows.
How detailed can you get with the natural language descriptions? Like if I say 'VIP tier gets early access and premium swag, regular attendees get standard welcome package' - does it understand those distinctions and set up different registration flows automatically?
Also curious about integrations. Most events need to connect with existing CRM systems or marketing tools for lead follow-up.
@alex_chu821 Alex, thanks for the support! That's definitely something where Envelope can help. Matter fact, the more precise the prompt, the better the output. That includes descriptions that define, which groups of guests should see given content. You can say "VIP ticket holders should see a field 'T-Shirt size (M/L/XL)' and 'Shuttle service (Yes/No)'" and Envelope will prepare all that. The same can be set up or edited manually too.
In regards to integrations, Envelope will be soon launching Zapier integration, which will enable connections with any major CRMs or platforms like Slack etc.
Let me know if you need any more help!
@marekmensa The granular control with natural language prompts sounds useful for complex events with multiple ticket tiers. Being able to specify conditional fields based on ticket types should save a lot of manual form building.
Zapier integration will definitely help with the CRM workflow. Most event organizers need those leads flowing into their existing sales processes immediately after registration.
Definitely going to give Envelope a try for our next industry event. The plain English setup could save us hours compared to our current process.
@alex_chu821 Amazing Alex, that's so great to hear. In case you need any help once you start planning, definitely hit me up :) I'm sure Envelope will save your team hours while providing a next-level experience to the attendees!
Hey Marek and the team! I practically tested this product a few days ago. One thing that came to my mind: Is it somehow possible to integrate options that could help organisers with finding the right sponsors for the event? It was exactly one of the time-demanding things I struggled with every time I organised something.
@busmark_w_nika Hey Nika, that's a great question. One of the by-products of our AI agent is, that it searches internet and connects to various useful resources. That means you can simple ask and Envelope will suggest you various options. We'll be soon integration options to directly contact the appropriate person by LinkedIn or email. The same applies to sourcing venues :)
Thank you so much for your support!
@busmark_w_nika Thanks for the question, Nika! We’re planning to add another layer on top with sponsor matching, venue sourcing, speaker discovery and more. Stay tuned :)
@busmark_w_nika Hey! Thanks so much for testing it out and sharing this great idea 🙌 Hope Envelope will be helpful for your next events!
Congrats on the launch, Marek! Love how Envelope cuts straight through the blank-dashboard pain. The one-sentence-to-event flow feels like such a relief compared to stitching tools together.
Made me think of what we’re seeing with Escape Velocity AI (different space, business planning): when people don’t have to wrestle with setup, they engage way deeper with the actual outcomes. Are you seeing more pull from individuals running one-off events, or from teams standardizing their workflows?
@andreitudor14 Hey Andrei, that's exactly the point! Glad to hear you have the same approach to the development of Escape Velocity AI. Starting is usually the hardest part, while tweaking feels like art :)
So far we're seeing a drive from individuals but they are often in organizations. Since Envelope works great with tailored branding, it has a great use inside compaines and agencies.
Thank you for the support!
@marekmensa nice, I was just curious which of the 2 (teams vs individuals) uses the platform more often. What's in the roadmap for Envelope? What features are you excited about that aren't part of this launch? If you want to share a sneak peek, ofc
@davidvesely keep up the great work! Excited to see how Envelope will grow in the future 🔥
@shelly_gross Hey Shelly! Thank you so much for the support – and for this great question. This is actually one of the powers of Envelope. You can personalize almost every aspect of the event - add multiple ticket types, registration fields and even add rules to display content only to some guest groups. Try yourself and if you have any more questions, send me a message!

@alexdigitalmkt Alex, thank you so much for the support! That's exactly what we feel – human connections are more important than ever and with Envelope we just want make it easier :)
@zdenek_culik Zdenek, thank you so much for the support. UX part of this has been a challenge but we see it as THE crucial part to do perfectly :)
@xiaomin_zhou Xiaomin, we really appreciate these kind words. I'm happy Envelope gave you a great result. The editing capabilities are crucial in our eyes. AI does the heavy lifting, people make it human :)
@xiaomin_zhou Love hearing that, Xiaomin. That’s exactly what we’re aiming for. Turning something that used to take hours into minutes, while still giving you full control
@xiaomin_zhou Totally! Didn’t expect it to turn out this nice, and being able to tweak it anytime is such a win.
