Equipia: An AI team that answers, sells and collects on WhatsApp

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I built Equipia for a very specific person: the owner of a small business in Latin America who loses a customer every time a WhatsApp message goes unanswered at 11pm. Most tools give you a chatbot that follows a script. Equipia gives you a team of agents that actually execute: they answer with your real prices and hours, follow up on the sale, send a payment link that charges into the owner's own account, and chase overdue invoices — then report back on what happened. Two honest notes, because I'd rather say them myself. First: we're live in Chile and opening across LATAM. Everything is built per country — Spanish, local payment rails, local electronic invoicing, local labour and tax rules — so Chile is where you can actually buy today, and Peru, Colombia and Mexico have waiting lists open. If you're outside Latin America this won't be useful to you yet. Second: it's early, and I'm still the one answering support. That means the product is honest about what it does and doesn't do — you'll notice the site says "not yet" in a few places instead of pretending. You can try the actual agent on the site without signing up. It's the real thing, not a scripted demo, and it replies in whatever language you write in.
