Estimate Quest turns sprint planning into an 8-bit RPG. Most planning poker tools feel like homework β this one feels like a game. Join via link, pick pixel art avatars, and vote in real-time with 8-bit music and retro card flip animations. Outlier detection surfaces disagreements instantly. Already used in real sprint sessions. No signup, free.

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Bartosz, and I built Estimate Quest.
As a kid I spent years glued to my Amiga, dreaming about making a game. Turns out the game I ended up building is... a sprint planning tool.
I got tired of bland planning poker interfaces that make estimation feel like a chore. So I built one that looks and feels like an 8-bit RPG β pixel art avatars, retro music during voting, satisfying card flip animations, and outlier detection that highlights where your team disagrees.
The first version came together in a weekend with SvelteKit and Claude Code. Since then I've been polishing it obsessively β my team at Unic even used it on a real project, and watching people actually smile during estimation was something I didn't expect.
It's free, no signup needed. Just share a link and your team can start voting.
Would love to hear what you think β and if you've ever wished a boring work tool was more fun, I'd love to know which one!
