So far this product has really worked quite well. I have used it for about four months and it does almost all of what I want it to do, MUCH better than any other software I have tried, so I strongly recommend it.
Pros:
Super product - It's very simple to use, and they have answered by questions very quickly.
Cons:
They're still working on some pretty vital things things like connecting with a mail service, and having more control over the set up.
