The thing that actually differentiates Expandi from most other lead generation automation software is the safety architecture: dedicated, country-matched IPs with automatic warm-up, data-backed daily send limits instead of one-size-fits-all caps, and duplicate-prevention logic at both the personal and company level.
On top of that, the Smart Campaign Builder is powerful, providing unlimited branching sequences with 19 actions and 11 conditions, so campaigns can adapt in real time instead of running as a static drip.
The Global Smart Inbox and multi-account workspace make it geared towards sales teams or lead gen agencies running LinkedIn outreach at scale.
Some features I particularly appreciate:
Automatic LinkedIn profile warm-up to prevent your account being banned
Smart daily outreach limits
Seamless integration with CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce & Pipedrive) and Smartlead for email
Custom API integrations for tools not listed here
7-day free trial
Overall, it's a really powerful & feature-packed LinkedIn automation tool for solopreneurs, freelancers, lead gen agencies and large b2b sales teams. The team are always looking for ways to improve the tool and take customer feedback into consideration, so I like knowing that the tool I'm using is actively being developed and added to, not launched and then stagnant.
Pricing is per-seat ($99), so the cost scales as you add more seats which could constrain small-mid teams. One seat allows you to connect to one LinkedIn account.
There's no published agency pricing if you're looking at 10+ seats. You have to book a call to get a real number.
While it does include automated profile warmup, it doesn't include email warmup or inbox rotation out of the box, so running proper multichannel campaigns means layering on another tool and cost on top. However, more robust email integration features are in the works and likely to launch in the next few months.
Dripify is the simpler, cheaper option, making it suitable for a solo founder running a basic 7–10 step sequence. But it doesn't have the branching logic or personalization depth agencies or sales teams need once campaigns get complex.
Expandi's conditional sequences and image/GIF personalization are built for exactly that complexity.
Lemlist is the opposite trade-off: it's email-first (LinkedIn only shows up on its priciest plan) and it does bundle email warmup, which Expandi doesn't (yet!). But if LinkedIn is the primary channel — which it is for most of the outbound work I see — Expandi's cloud-based, dedicated-IP architecture is a safer way to run automated lead generation than lemlist's LinkedIn add-on or a browser-extension-based tool.
That's why, in my experience, it's the right pick for LinkedIn-first, multi-touch, multi-client outreach — not for teams whose whole motion relies on cold email.
