EyeYoga was created to help those who spend a lot of time in front of a monitor. Not only IT professionals can benefit, but anyone who uses digital screens. The app offers a variety of exercises and massages to help relieve eye strain quickly and effortlessly
It's fascinating how we have apps for almost everything, yet something as fundamental as our eye health often goes unnoticed. Your app's approach (especially the statistics and achievements feature) sounds intriguing. It's like a fitness tracker but for the eyes, right? Out of curiosity, have you tested the effectiveness of these exercises over a prolonged period? What kind of feedback have you received?

@mocarg Yes, it looks like a fitness tracker but for the eyes. I practiced these exercises on myself for a while, and they helped me a lot. In addition, many people have written to me that this app really helps. There are also reviews in the AppStore
Amazing app, I'm trying it on my iPhone.
I've always been a fan of eye exercises and this app may be the solution to have a routine and be consistent in taking care of my eyes.
Also, the developer does not collect any data from this app.
Happy launch, @maksym_skrypka !

A very relevant and necessary solution at a time when so many people are glued to screens. It is very important to pay attention to eye health. I'm excited to try your app. I wish you every success.
I haven't had a chance to try EyeYoga, but it seems like a smart solution for anyone glued to screens. It's not just for techies; even regular screen users like me could use some help with eye strain. I'm curious to see if it can bring some relief after long hours in front of the monitor.
