I made Face Swap AI and this is my first launch.
The app is simple: we have a big library of scenes – memes, fashion shots, travel, office, all sorts of stuff – and you put your face into them. One photo, one tap, done.
Most face swap apps ship 15 templates and spend all their energy on the AI engine. We went the other way. The engine is table stakes. What makes it fun is having something good to swap into. So that's where we put the work – we have 500+ scenes in 20+ categories, and we add new ones every week.
It's an Android app right now. Free to use, subscribe if you want more.
I don't have a polished pitch. But I do want to know, what kind of scenes would you use? We can add new packs pretty fast.

Can you swap several people into the same scene at once?
Yes! You can swap multiple faces at once, just pick the scene, select which faces you want to replace and you're done. We built a face picker UI specifically for that.

Is the free version enough to try a few full results?
@nut_ti Yes totally! The free version lets you try as many swaps as you want so dive in and see for yourself.

curious what makes this app special compared to GPT or Gemini?
@ikalimullin Thanks! The big difference is you get exactly what you see. With GPT or Gemini you write a prompt and hope for the best. Here you just pick a scene you like, tap once and you are in the photo. No prompts, no surprises.

Most face swap tools fall apart on anything that isn't a clean front-facing shot, and three-quarter angles or tilted heads usually come out melted. Did you train on a specific dataset for non-frontal poses, or is it more about the alignment step? Congrats on the launch!
@paul_malaj Thanks! The alignment step is doing most of the heavy lifting here. Getting non-frontal poses to look natural is one of the trickier parts of face swap and we spent a lot of time on it.
this feels more like a visual playground than a serious editor, which is probably right
@diana_filazop Yep, that is exactly what it is! Serious editing tools are already everywhere. We just want people to have fun with their photos.
