I built this because I was tired of the same broken workflow: shoot a wide-angle podcast or talking head video, then spend ages getting vertical clips out of it. Cloud tools take forever, charge per minute, and require uploading your raw footage to someone else's server. FaceStabilizer runs entirely on your machine. No upload, no cloud, no waiting around. It has two modes: • Face Mode — powered by our STAB engine (Smart Tracking And Balancing). It detects and tracks faces, then auto-reframes your footage to 9:16, 4:5, or 1:1. Batch export included — queue up all your clips and let it rip. • Podcast Mode — this one's for multi-speaker content. It auto-detects speakers, splits your footage into speaker-based segments, and gives you a full timeline editor so you control exactly what makes the final cut. Captions included.
