Family Blessings Phone: A gratitude journal for the whole family.

A few weeks ago I started taking a free online course about the science of well-being and some of the course material mentioned starting a gratitude journal with your family where you each write down things you're grateful for every day. In theory it sounded nice, but getting family members to commit to a new daily practice seemed like a bit of a leap, especially when you don't live together. So I started thinking of some improvements to the concept and put it online. - Instead of it being a daily activity, it's weekly - You only have to come up one thing you're thankful for - And instead of writing it down, you call it in! With so many families quarantined and unable to visit each other right now, I think shining a light on some of the little positive things in life could go a long way for a lot of people.
