I was working 10 years also like a hired CEO in one business product. We worked successfully, but with time we saw that our employees were burning out. We hired HR consultant and only than I understood the term "Psychological safety"
Nobody wanted to share their thoughts and feelings with HR-consultant. They were afraid and not confident in security. Felix is a great tool to avoid this problem and also avoid the burning out. By the way, I think we can also be the partners soon (we launch soon and you will see our product too:)

Congratulations on the launch of Felix, Alexis! 🚀 It's wonderful to see a tool that focuses on enhancing team performance through psychological safety and valuable skills.
I had a chance to use a similar tool in a previous company and the main problem with that product was stickiness - people use it for a day or two, and then completely forgot about it. So I would suggest you to think about some kind of gamification that will motivate people to come again (even though it's on Slack). Wish you luck!

As of today, we observe more a fear to start and engagement rate but we will work on new features to optimize engagement too.

Yes, psychological safety is the key to creating a healthy environment. That's why we created Felix, because to create psychological safety everyone needs to be trained in the basics of mental health.

The story behind Felix is really an interesting Product Management story :
My co-worker @berengere_lenormand had the objective to find a way to target the manager population as they take a huge role in the well being of their collaborators. First, we thought of just adding a category and some specific content in our app. But she wasn't convinced of the impact of this, so she decided to be bold.
And the thought process was : how can we train managers based on the fact that everybody say they haven't time to learn. To maximize the buy in she decided to go train managers directly in their everyday tool and with really short training to minimize barriers.
As it received a very enthusiastic welcome from our customers we decided to go even bolder by training manager and their teams on Slack but also Microsoft Teams and to spread the word by creating a self-served version.
