Would love to see a built-in WhatsApp integration for client follow-ups since most of us in Colombia close deals through there. Would save a ton of time switching between apps.

Finally tried Ferlun and the colegaje tracking is genuinely useful for how agents here actually work, way less friction than juggling spreadsheets.
