A design system in Figma, but for floor plans. Drag furniture pieces as components, adjust furniture details as overrides, and change themes with variables modes. Why learn Autocad or Archicad when you can play an architect in your favorite software?
Hey all. Figarc began as a personal experiment. One day, in between client projects, I decided to draw my dream home in Figma. Little did I know this would grow into a fully-fledged design system.
So, I‘m building Figarc for those who enjoy sketching floor plans in their favourite design software – Figma. Whether there truly is a niche or people would be interested just for the fun of it, time will tell.
Hey, good people. I must admit something. Initially, I had it that I should launch in mid-February. But I totally forgot to reschedule the launch date and got a notification that Figarc is live in PH. What a mess, I am. 🤦♂️
Because of this mishap and the product launching sooner than expected, some things are still not polished in the product. Therefore, I‘m increasing the BETA discount from 25% to 50%.
So, if you are one of those early adopters who are brave enough to test a product that is rough around the edges, I would truly appreciate it if you became a customer. You'll get a special tag in my email marketing software so that I can treat you as a VIP. ☺️ Many more things are coming for Figarc as the snow melts away.

@zlat Hi, we create Web Operating System with own app store, where users get software from. Your app is amazing and we want to enable you to share it to our users 🙂 Can we talk?

This looks like fun even if I’m not an architect or an interior designer, I would definitely play with it if there was a free version!
Thank you to all who supported Figarc during the launch! Because it went live so unexpectedly (as you‘ll read from my other comments), I forgot even to thank the co-makers. So…
@toodimov, who helped me with some website gimmicks in Webflow that I was struggling to accomplish.
@hristijan_todorov, who invested time to create a product roadmap focused on long-term business objectives.
If there is a need for a Figarc plugin in the future, I would definitely consider @mightyalex, a guy known to be a plugin wizard, to join the team.
Home design is often expensive. And when you try to do it, things might go south. I'd love to see a platform that could automate this process. Not sure about how frequently one has to design a home though. Congrats for the launch!
@alvarovillalb_ I ask myself the same question. My answer: Probably not too often. But I understood that it‘s more about the emotional process while sketching your home, which is an aspect of why some people got attracted to Figarc.
Only the ones who have mad -or suffer- a house renovation can tell how hard it's sometimes to figure the correct home design. Maybe in a future you can include some AI for giving personalized alternatives to user. Congrats
@pabloroig_clous AI is a request I heard from a few others. I‘m open to that, but I‘ll put it in the product roadmap only if Figarc grows more than a Figma library, which it might.
