Automatically tracks every expense from SMS, email, and Apple Pay alerts your phone already receives - without handing over your bank login. Works globally with real-time currency conversion. Private mode keeps financial data on-device. Couples can sync a shared ledger for family budgeting. No ads. No data selling. Bootstrapped by design. 10+ years on Android (1M+ installs, 4.5★), now on iPhone.

Hey Product Hunt,
I'm Harvinder, founder of FinArt.
I’ve been building and improving this for 10+ years on Android (1M+ organic installs, 4.5★ rating) and launched for iPhone in Dec 2025.
I let it mature in the real world first, and today felt like the right day to bring it here.
Honestly, part of the push came from Android users who kept asking for it for years. Some even kept an old Android phone just for FinArt.
FinArt originally came from one frustration:
Most finance apps ask users for trade-offs I wouldn't accept myself.
- Want your bank login
- Want your data routed through partners
- Want ad-driven engagement
- Work only in limited regions
We built differently.
FinArt tracks expenses automatically from SMS, email, notifications, and Apple Pay shortcuts.
No bank login.
Private mode keeps data on-device.
No ads. No data selling.
Works globally with multi-currency support.
One thing I have come to believe:
Many finance apps are designed to increase engagement. Ours is designed to reduce it.
If FinArt works properly, you should need to open it less over time because your finances are already organized.
I answer to users, not growth decks.
A few things users love:
- Shared household finance sync
- Smarter categorization that improves over time
- Budgets, bills, reminders, useful insights
Pricing is a simple subscription with free trial.
My real question for this community:
What was the exact moment a finance app lost your trust or became too much work?
I'll personally reply to every thoughtful comment today.
And to fellow builders: if you're still hands-on across product, code, support, growth - I respect you deeply. Small teams still matter.
Thanks for checking out FinArt.
