Hey guys, long time lurker and commenter but it's my first launch on PH so be gentle please! Find Your Niche is a very condenced version of a general approach to marketing SaaS products which I've built over 25 years as a dev and entrepreneur, over a dozen failed and successful ventures, and 3 years of full time marketing. I'm deliberately fighting against the idea that you either have product market fit out of the gate or you don't. I believe that any sophisticated enough product can be repositioned a dozen different ways for a dozen different usecases and niches, and that it's perfectly fine to have a solution looking for a problem *if you are actively looking*! And since as devs we're a lot better at building solutions that finding problems that other people would be willing to pay for, this solution-looking-for-a-problem situation is far too common to ignore. So if you built an MVP or a full blown app to scratch your own itch, but now your scratching your head on where you can find users, this little course might be just what you need. It's a 5-day thing delivered by email, it takes abiout 20-30 minutes a day to do (to watch the daily video and do the daily exercises) and it's going to give your marketing efforts a massive push. Congrats on the launch, Eli! I think this is such a great start for people who are serious about making the thing they build actually work. So that it lands somewhere beyond just the code. Makes you think about your product, its features from a perspective of the customer, outside of your own imagined world with who and how will use it. It helps narrow down to the specifics. And the best part, it doesn’t just throw you at find your niche question, which is obvious. But it takes you there gradually, by walking you through the “how” with understanding that you don’t have PMF experience yet. All the best with this! Such an awesome material for makers.

And I totally agree - people usually treat PMF as something you either have or don't have, but there are so many ways in which you can reframe any product and so many different groups of people you can target, it's often possible to find it by going throuhg a structured process.

@mahekarim I really believe that products that don't have any marginal costs should be sold with flexible pricing. You can't do it with SaaS to the same extent because of support and server costs, and I definitely can't do it with consulting, but a DIY course works well. Thanks for recognizing this, I hope more people take this path!

I am a marketer myself just as Eli. Newbie in the SaaS niche and been having a lot of trouble understanding the system and how to get an app going. So I decided to take his course "Find your niche" and I'm at the second day of it. I don't know if I'm supposed to tell you what's inside the course but trust me, whatever it is, it contains a lot of value. Eli has been a client of mine (I'm a copywriter), and trust me, Eli knows more about marketing and launching on PH than any other course or person I've encountered in the past. Try the course and judge for yourselves!
