We're starting to think about multi-channel outbound with LinkedIn etc., but we're not going to do social media like Instagram and TikTok, because those are much better for D2C commerce and we're fully focused on B2B sales. For now, we're focused on having entire conversations with prospects and customers with email as the primary channel.

FirstQuadrant’s been super helpful for finding new contacts we wouldn't have reached out to otherwise. It surfaces good data, brings old contacts back into the mix, and helps us stay on top of timing. The dashboards are clean and actually useful. Plus the AI qualification helps us really zero down on who we want to reach out to. No fluff, just the stuff you need. It's been great for expanding our reach, you should try it too!
