My first post on Product Hunt! Exciting! As a senior operations leader, hiring is a bit part of my job - but it takes time out of my routine work, and every candidate gets a different version of me. The first interview of the day gets me at my best. The last interview gets my hurried, distracted self. That's unfair. So we made FirstSignal for hiring managers, senior leaders and recruiters. FirstSignal is an AI agent that conducts the initial screening of all candidates. Every interview starts with a structured first conversation. The agent digs into the applicant's experience and asks relevant questions for the role, and I get a summary and a score against the role's requirements. This saves me time speaking with the wrong candidates (which saves them time too!) and gives me a strong base of follow-up questions and specific experiences relevant to the role.
