FixLink turns a support walkthrough into a clear guide your customer can open without an account. Record in Chrome, edit the steps, publish one link, and collect solved/not-solved feedback. Sensitive-looking fields are blurred by default, and you stay in control of every screenshot.
I built FixLink after seeing the same support steps explained again and again. A screen recording helps, but customers still have to scrub through it, and the support team often never learns whether it worked.
FixLink turns one Chrome walkthrough into a step-by-step guide. You can edit it, publish one link, and get a simple solved/not-solved response. Privacy mattered from the start, so sensitive-looking fields are blurred by default and the review screen keeps those controls visible.
I’m launching the focused version today. I’d really value feedback from support teams on the recording flow and the customer guide.

The auto-blur for sensitive fields is a nice touch, but it would help to let me whitelist specific text patterns (like the last four digits of an account number) that I want to keep visible in the recording without having to edit every screenshot manually.

One thing I'd love is the ability to add annotations or callouts directly on screenshots before publishing, like arrows or highlight boxes to draw attention to the exact button or field the customer needs to click.
