This looks good, I have been looking for a nicer pomodoro-esque app.
I would love some more control over flow lengths and number of flows before long breaks. For instance, lately I have been doing 55 minute sessions with 5 minute short breaks and one 60 minute break mid-day.
Flow is awesome! I've never had a pomodoro timer that actually worked for me. Flow has just the right prompts and experience to really help me sink into productive work periods and take breaks when needed.
Feedback:
1- It's annoying to have flow as a popup. It would be better if it was attached to the top bar.
2- I want one simple shortkey to start and pause the flow
Shortkeys + attached menu would improve my flow. (intended pum)

The idea is to be able to easily drag the Flow window where you need it to be. For example, when using multiple monitors, users can simply keep the Flow window open on a secondary screen. You don't have to open the Flow window to start or stop the timer. Simply right-clicking on the menu bar icon does the trick.
You can use ‘cmd+f’ to start or stop a Flow or break. Use ‘cmd+h’ to hide Flow. For now, you need to have the Flow window selected in order for the shortcuts to work. In an upcoming update, we'll implement global hotkeys with which you can control Flow from anywhere in your system.

I love the integration you're working on between the Mac and iPhone app. For someone who jumps back and forth between devices constantly, this is really powerful.

Are you planning to add a mini-feature which hides timer in the menu bar?
@paulius_aleksiunas Hi Paulius, we can't hide the timer in the menu bar because Flow is a Mac Menu Bar App. But we plan to implement alternative, less distractive menu bar icons to choose from. 🙂
