Looks like a great product that solves a big time management problem. Most products in the market only do task management yet forget the key part of tasks, which is your day to day calendar. For this reason, I currently use my Google Calendar as my task list with events as my tasks that mix with my meetings. It's a great way to never forget about anything, and to target specific times during the day to knock out tasks.
What I find difficult though is constantly having to move events (tasks) from one day to the next and making sure to not forget an event that occurred. This can definitely solve that problem for users and ease the redundancy I usually have to go through on a daily basis. Really love the time spent into thinking about the notifications and distractions. Looking forward to trying it out and seeing traction on this product!

I like task managers that help me focus, but I don't like it when they mix tasks in with my calendar event. Calendars and Task Lists should be kept separate in my opinion.

I wanted to love this product but I find the uneditable design to be super overwhelming and distracting. I like to have everything super tight and b&w so that I can see everything at a glance and use my colour coded organizational system. It has great promise though and I'm excited to see it grow!
@helencrozier In some ways yes in that there is both actions and events being managed. Unlike other tools, Focuster actually helps you create the schedule based on your preferences about work hours and flows it automatically around existing events. So the end goal is to free you from having to create a schedule altogether. You just need to decide what you want to do next.

@helencrozier Your right, probably the same company but now there is a subscription fee.
@gevaperry - Focuster now supports Zapier integration with 500+ apps including Gmail, Trello, and Evernote. It's a great way to pull important tasks from your favorite apps into your calendar and follow-up until you get it done.
