I have been using Folk for 7 months now.
It helps keep the contact database up to date which is a huge pain across an organisation.
Pros:Collaboration features are great !!! Very easy to use.
Cons:desktop only

Folk makes you wonder how there wasn't any tool like it for efficiently managing your contacts - you know, that feeling where you can't even remember what "before" Folk was like. I have been using it for nearly a month in private beta now and it has become a part of my daily life. Thanks and congrats team !
Pros:Simply awesome at managing your contacts (especially in a team context).
Cons:The filtering system feels a bit rough but works well.

Besides the "one stop shop for contacts" aspect which was long awaited, it's a really powerful tool for many different uses cases, shared across the team: organising an event, raising funds, organising communities...
