What stands out in this app is its design. Very notion like; flexible and straightforward. Product is already very powerful with features like auto-syncing calendar and email, “Lists” (basically ways to organize and track a group of people/companies), and integrations with other apps. And the app has a solid foundation to improve over time. Some ways I can imagine it getting better are: 1- Connecting call transcripts to Attio in a pre-formatted way (e.g., summarizing the last discussion or noting any action items). 2- Enhancing automation features to track certain information about a contact in the future (e.g., notify me if there is a job change, fundraise, etc.). Overall, a solid product.

Attio is great so far. Unlike most CRMs, you can make of it what you want. No need for hundreds of property fields you'll never use and can't delete (*cough* HubSpot *cough*). It's like a hybrid between Notion and Airtable rolled into a CRM with the ability to email and enrich data via the Clearbit API.

Great support team, very responsive and polite. The product is constantly evolving and new features are added at a good pace. I really appreciate the API and the integrability of the platform in our processes.

We switched from a very popular CRM to Attio and it's been a wonderful experience so far! The free trial really helped us understand that this relatively new CRM would be able to do what we needed. The team are loving the thoughtful UX, handy shortcuts, and flexibility. Plus, the team has been great to work with, not just throughout the Sales process and Trial, but also as customers - we've been provided with timely support in a friendly manner!

I’ve been using and implementing CRMs for over 20 years and I can with full confidence say that Attio is the most flexible ever and the best CRM I have ever used.
