The dual mode is clever. Some people hate chatbots, some hate traditional forms. Letting them choose probably helps a lot with completion rates. Curious what the average response rate looks like compared to standard surveys.
Conversational forms are such a better UX than traditional ones. Have you considered adding voice as an input mode? We found that letting users speak their answers instead of typing boosts completion rates dramatically, especially on mobile.

I’d like to move away from standard web patterns like 'Sign Up' sections. I’m interested in presenting the concept as a standalone experience letting the tool’s value speak for itself without the typical conversion-heavy layout.
Tried it yesterdays, seems superb useful , and the ui is totally unique giving totally great vibe
