@sdizdar1 @platar @nassaraf So the email subject line actually gets sent to your servers? That's surprising. I don't see why it should. There's really nothing to process. The character substitution should all happen locally.

@platar @nassaraf @jim_duggan Nothing is sent to servers. You do not need to have even the internet to make this work. Everything happens locally. When @nassaraf said "we", she meant our code running in the extension.

@nassaraf Not really. I think it looks terrible personally. I would probably immediately assume such a message is spam. Do you have any data to suggest people actual open these emails faster?

I'm a big fan of CloudHQ. But I immediately said "it looks like spam." Then I read all of the comments here. If it didn't have this connotation I'd LOVE to give it a whirl. Gonna have to wait until the general consensus isn't overwhelmingly "spammy." :(

@nassaraf Hey there! I think you're right. A friend/colleague would definitely open it faster (is that the intended use case?). I guess I was thinking perhaps mixing it with your Campaigns feature for email marketing that the result would be less favorable.
