Frame Localizer is a Figma plugin for teams preparing multi-language UI. It translates selected frames inside Figma, handles mixed-language screens more cleanly, and offers layout-aware translation options that help preserve structure and wording consistency. A Free plan lets you try it on real work, while Pro is designed for teams that need more credits for ongoing localization.

Hey PH 👋
I’m a product PM working on outsourced product builds, and I kept running into the same frustration: preparing multi-language UI in Figma was always messier than expected 😅
Most translation plugins work node-by-node. They translate text — but they don’t really think in frames or layouts.
So I built Frame Localizer ✨
It translates entire frames in one action (even when multiple languages are mixed) and focuses on keeping layouts stable instead of just swapping strings.
The Free plan is live and ready to test on real files 🚀
I’m currently building a Pro version that will expand on:
deeper UI-aware text optimization
smarter layout-sensitive rewriting
bulk multi-language generation workflows
If that sounds interesting, feel free to join the waitlist 🙌
I’d genuinely love feedback from designers and PMs working with global teams 🌍
I started building Frame Localizer because I wanted something that works on actual UI frames inside Figma, not just isolated strings in a spreadsheet.
So far, I’ve focused on making the core workflow practical for real design work:
translating selected frames directly inside Figma
handling mixed-language UI more cleanly
offering different translation styles like Faithful Meaning, Natural UI, and Layout Responsive
preserving line breaks when needed
creating a translated copy instead of overwriting the original
keeping product terms more consistent across screens
adding in-plugin billing and plan management for ongoing use
The goal has been simple: make localization easier to test in the design stage before teams move further downstream. I’m still improving layout quality, reliability, and more workflow-friendly automation from here.
🚀 Frame Localizer 2.0.0 is live
This is a major upgrade focused on one thing:
making localization actually work with your UI — not against it.
What’s new:
🧠 UI-aware translation engine (v2)
Translations now understand local UI structure instead of treating text in isolation.
🧱 Context-aware within each screen
Labels, actions, and values are interpreted more accurately in their UI context.
🛡️ More reliable translations
Fewer subtle mistranslations — especially for short or ambiguous UI text.
🎯 Better layout fit without breaking meaning
Keeps designs intact while preserving intent.
💳 Pro plan now available
You can now subscribe to unlock higher usage and more consistent workflows.
This release is about moving from “translation” to UI-safe localization.
