Build an AI FAQ and answer any customer question in seconds, improve conversion by routing customers to what you want them to see, and discover what they want to know. No more cluttered websites, no customer support mazes, no frustration.
Hey y'all! I love simplicity so let's keep this amazingly short but useful.
------------------
Welcome to the launch of FrequentlyAskedAI!
FrequentlyAskedAI is a service that lets you build an AI FAQ for your business that can answer any customer question in seconds, improve conversion by letting you route leads to where you want them to go, and discover what your customers really want.
This service's FAQ is itself an AI FAQ. Try it out on the landing page: https://www.frequentlyaskedai.com/
Think of it like an FAQ page + support chatbot + help center hybrid but simpler and faster. No joke, it takes <30 minutes to build and just one line of code to integrate on your website. There's also a no-code solution if you're just getting started.
Best of all, you (the business owner) get to see everything prospective customers ask your AI FAQ. That means FrequentlyAskedAI helps you tune your marketing, landing page, customer support, etc using data instead of guesses.
If you have a business and want to save yourself time, your customers time, and more importantly, get customers to see how you're the right business for them, this service is for you. I'm looking forward to helping you supercharge your customer communication.

@anyeung This looks great. Do you have an X handle we can tag and promote it?
Hey Andrew! I really like the idea of being able to answer any question without the need to rely on pre-defined FAQs. Being able to collect more data of user behaviour and identify specific painpoints through the words used by those users can be incredibly helpful, even more so if you just start out!
What I'd second is the need to also customize typography and icons, I read below that it isn't fully customizable yet? When I ask that question in your demo it says that Frequently Asked AI already has the ability to customize typography (?).
One last question, what happens once the credits run out? Will it go back to being just a static FAQ? Or would I be able to maybe book another package just for that month?
Wishing you all the best! 🚀
@max_peter Hey Max! I provide an API you can use to check if your AI FAQ is available (i.e. is set to public and has credits). That way you can have a fallback if you need. If you don't want to use that, it will simply say that it's not currently available. There's a "low-credits" email notification as well. The Premium plan already gives you 2000 credits per month which is quite a lot but if you need even more, we can look at even higher limits. For typography/iconography, I was originally going to make those customizable but prioritized the features considered dealbreakers (e.g. color). I've updated the FAQ to reflect the latest information.
Sounds like we should chat more :) Send me an email at help@frequentlyaskedai.com.

I just like it very good idea! a plus would be the ability to have pre-built components for vue, react, etc where you can tweak basically everything the icons the search input, etc
@wahib_abdou1 So it's actually customizeable already! The color theme can be changed to fit your brand. It also only takes one line of code to integrate onto your website with an iframe. That way you can add shadows, round corners, etc.
If you want a no-code solution, I even host a unique URL for your AI FAQ so you want to link directly to it via QR code (e.g. on a marketing pamphlet, newsletter, blog post, anywhere you want).
Icons and typography aren't customizable yet but if that's a must-have feature for many, I'm happy to look at it.

@anyeung nicee! good luck my friend it's really good idea 👍
Great work @anyeung for this product. Simple and yet helps the customers interact with your business if they have any questions. Just like a human at the front desk
@aymeric_sans2 Thanks! As a customer, there's nothing more satisfying than getting a clear, direct answer in a fixed amount of time without going through the phone maze. As for a business, there's nothing more valuable than knowing what your customers actually want without the risk of losing them because contacting you is too high effort.
Wow. I really think that many users are looking forward to this. I'm sure people will be happy they don't need to waste time to find the right answer for their questions.
Not only that, but I asked AI FAQ to use it also in software as a test because I think that would be great integration for much new software, having an AI FAQ inside introducing the software to their customers.
@mighty_muddy That's how I feel as a customer. Sometimes you just want a direct answer to a question right? Saves you time, saves the business time, helps the business make their website more useful to customers, everyone wins.
PS: I'm literally looking at all the questions coming in through my site's AI FAQ. Y'all are getting instant answers, even to the typo filled questions :)
@goyashy Thanks!
Great question. Honestly, by having only two choices on the internet: 1) Digging through a dense website for an answer to a question that might not even be there 2) Landing on a great looking site but that's minimalistic enough that I know the answer definitely isn't there.
I wanted to give businesses and customers (including myself) a third choice, a way to get an answer to any questions in a few seconds flat, and a way for businesses to find out what customers want to know in the first place.

Hi Andrew, it's a great idea to implement customer service. Is it possible to embed it into a website? Additionally, if new issues arise, will it automatically learn the new information?
@open_love_app Hey Aaron! Yeah, you can embed it onto your website with one line of code or using an embedding block if you're using a website builder. You can get an example of that line of code actually by asking the FrequentlyAskedAI FAQ 'How can I integrate this onto my website?'.
If new questions are asked, the AI will not grow on it's own (for AI safety reasons). Instead, to give you (the creator) full control, you will get to see what those questions were and add answers to them to your AI FAQ. There is no AI training time so after you "teach" it, your AI FAQ will immediately know how to answer those questions and any related ones. This means that you see what your customers want to know, and can continually improve it.
Out of all the features I implemented, being able to see what your AI FAQ was asked was the most requested, so I built it in.
If you need help integrating this onto your website, email me at help@frequentlyaskedai.com.
