@fscholz @max_savonin1 Hi Max, I am jumping in here, regarding your questions: 1) fynk is fully GDPR-compliant and being based in the heart of Europe and this being not our first venture has the advantage that security is at the core of our DNA. Yes, we comply with eIDAS etc. regarding e-sig, too. In fact, with QES we even offer the most advanced and secure form of signing documents technically speaking. If your question refers more to AI and how we do that, this is actually also a pretty advanced solution. We create vector DBs on a per-account bases (isolated), which currently is the only way guaranteeing no data spillovers and to create an up-to-date data source as opposed to pre-trained or proprietary LLMs which make this impossible except for within their context windows. 2) We are planning on integrating with tools starting from tomorrow (post launch). The first tools will be CRMs like SFDC and Hubspot, but there are many more options, so a standardized API is also on the roadmap.

@jgani Hi Jonni, I hope you don't mind me jumping in for @fscholz here. In short: You are right, the single source of truth is needed for the data stored in unstructured documents, as the CRM (which is a standard nowadays) can't solve this. You simply have no guarantee that it does not run out of sync with the written words that people use to agree. And if you think about how hard it is to get such a system up and running (since you usually have a legacy pile of documents somewhere in a file cabinet) and how many tools it takes today to get a document drafted, signed and stored (3-7 an average) the fact that we are end-to-end is another problem that needs to be solved. So the two biggest problems are: providing structured, usable data AND handling the process end-to-end.

So in terms of security, there is 2 sides: 1) We have a state-of-the-art sec tech stack ... which we need to have, anyway, being based in the heart of Europa and having to build products with GDPR compliants at the core 2) in terms of the AI, the approach of using per-account vector databases eliminates the risks of information spillout/spillover. @hgllnt Hi Henry, the difference lies in the process being focused around a multi-format approach. fynk aims to solve the challenges of smaller, growing companies who are not in a position where they can dictate the format or tools being used when exchanges contract drafts with clients, etc. The second differentiator is that we built the entire application with AI based metadata extraction of the core, which also enables us to learn from any existing legacy collection of documents that a team that starts to use fynk begins their product journey with. So, in essence, I would say while the other tools mentioned are targeting legal professionals in larger companies, we built fynk for the rest, the 90%+ that currently have no tool that fits their needs.

@girnarg Hey Girnar! Thanks for the question. So if I got it right, you wonder how much work it is to post-process the layout once you upload an existing contract, right? That will depend on the complexity of the document in terms of content and layout, but we're already doing a very good job in converting most documents on import (if I may say so). We are of course continuously improving this functionality. So the more "exotic" layouts we receive, the better we can fine tune our import. We're working very hard to ensure you have all the features at hand, to automate review & approval. Our goal is to reduce the manual work you have to do to as close as zero as possible. Less time spent on contracts, is more time spent on business!
