This will be a much needed product as passwords gradually become redundant. The product looks solid, and the API looks quite straightforward to hook up with your application. Keep it up! Looking forward to logging in passwordless in the near future!

@menjilx Thank you so much -- do join our Slack workspace if you're integrating Gazepass into your product/website. Our eng team will be more than happy to assist in all sorts of integration (and also taking feature requests).
Really liking what I see here - the less pain someone has to encounter to get access to a site the better. Looking forward to finding out more!!

This is an awesome project, looking forward to seeing it grow, though worth mentioning that I was able to authenticate myself by simply holding up my phone, with a photo of my face on it, so it's got a way to go before becoming a viable option for user authentication. π

@jameswilliam_r Hi James, thanks so much for the feedback β we rolled out a new model, so would love for you to try it again and let us know how it goes.
Also: face ID using webcam is always used a second factor on top of a trusted device or email OTP β never as a standalone auth mechanism (at least yet). We are rolling out more secure versions of the tech so that at some point it can work standalone as well. For now it's an additional security layer on top of the other methods we offer (that the user may choose to use or not use).

@gazeattaus@gaze Great product. Integration took about 15 minutes. Probably will completely move away from the OTP SMS verification in the near future.

Would love to try it out soon. What's your pricing model?

@sumonmselim Thanks so much for your interest -- if you integrate before Nov 30, it's entirely free for the first year!
@sumonmselim@gazeattaus How it might look after the free period? This is not something you'll be able to rollback.

@sumonmselim@danyubmustefa For users who integrate before Nov 30 -- existing features will be free for a year and after that it will be $0.005USD per monthly active user per month (so $50USD per mo if you have 10,000 users for example) unlimited logins (for all existing features). We have new features coming up which will be divided into more specific plans.
@gazeattaus wonderful! Itβs a confirmed beta feature then. We already have nearly 1000 users, so, will definitely look forward to a specific plan going forward.
