A solid idea, especially for renters who usually fly blind. One thing that would really help is layering in a simple "estimated monthly running costs" section, pulling from EPC data for energy bills and council tax bands, so people can see the real all-in cost before they view.

Would love to see a side-by-side comparison feature where I can save a few properties and view their reports next to each other, makes weighing up options so much easier when house hunting
