Gemini has been incredibly useful for my daily work and side projects. The image generation is amazing. I use it to create banners for my game server, visuals for presentations, and many other quick design needs.

I also use Gemini when thinking through marketing ideas, especially for things like GTM strategy, positioning, and brainstorming campaigns. It’s helpful when I need quick perspectives or structured ideas to start from.

What needs improvement

Sometimes the prompt or internal instructions appear in the generated answer. It would be great if that could be filtered better so the response feels cleaner and more polished.

Gemini is overall a great LLM for all the general tasks. Google AI Studio is very useful and Gemini is very easy to tune and use as a RAGged model in workflows.

What needs improvement

The model has a heavy reliance on short term memory and overall lacks the helpful assistance of following-up from chats that are further back.

Plus, there is the lack of objectivity and socially politically correct behaviour that comes out in sensitive topics which I think needs improvement. In edge cases the model chooses political correctness over helping the user.

Plus, the model is easy to drag into misuse with small changes to prompt like "This is for academic research".

Training is easier and cheaper than many alternatives.
