General Task is the best way to take control of your workday. Prioritize your work using AI, integrate with your team’s task managers, see your pull requests, take notes, and plan your day with your calendar, all in one place.
GUI simple, elegant, good point. But seems Linear integration not work well, Note manage should allow attach tag or group into folder or something like that.
Great work on the launch of General Task! The product is very well thought out and executed. I'm excited to see how it will help people take control of their workdays.

Holy @%$! this is sick. So far it's syncing seamlessly with Slack and Linear. Gonna give it a good try and see how it goes (then report back).
This looks really great! 👏 My requests to be able to switch to this from Sunsama:
- Adding Asana, Todoist, Gmail, and Shortcut as services
- Having an iOS app

@jamesdaly90 Thanks for the feedback James! We're working on a number of new integrations (Asana included), and we hope to add support for all of the services listed at some point in the future. We are also looking into prioritizing a mobile app. What would your use-case for mobile look like?
@julian_n_christensen That's great news! 🥳 I use the calendar mode constantly on mobile with Sunsama; I set up the day the evening before, or that morning, and then refer to the mobile calendar time-blocking view to make sure I'm on track throughout the day, adjusting time blocks as things finish earlier or later than expected.

Been using the beta for a while, and really love it. Simple and straightforward to use, and it has all the features I need.

Very interesting take on productivity, I really like how how scheduling tasks couples with the focus mode. The interface is very slick too. Will try it out for a few more weeks before making the switch
Not sure I’m the intended customer for this but after trying it out I think it could really help keep me organized as an instructor and also just as a human..
