I’ve tried a lot of task managers over the years, but Todoist sticks because it’s simple, fast, and consistent across devices. Adding tasks takes seconds, the natural language input works really well (“tomorrow at 9am”, “every Monday”), and the project + label system is flexible without being overwhelming.

I have been using Todoist for a few years in the free version and it's certainly an app that I couldn't live without anymore. I use it to share some work projects with team members, manage and solve tasks, or keep track of activities to then include in the reports to be delivered to clients. I find it simple, intuitive, always well-functioning and updated. I have also had the opportunity to try the paid version, but for my uses it turned out to be too expensive compared to the actual use I made of the premium options. I hardly think I will be able to find a better alternative than this. The only missing feature is perhaps a real integration with Apple's Calendar app.

I'm a student and I've been using this app for almost six months. How lightweight the app is makes me get the hang of it with zero-learning curve. I can easily set up my daily plan with some shortcuts, and the day just rolls out accordingly. This lets me stay focused and avoid distraction. It'll be great if there's a way for me to stick on the app, since I easily forget or tired of using this app from time to time.

Todoist is great at attacking shallow work, the ones that brings death by a thousand cuts. Design is not upto par with Things 3 and key concepts are missing like start date and duration of a task but its integration with third party apps, solid API and task URLs for deep linking are unmatchable. Overall, its a reliable app that doesn't break.

Todoist to me is about as simple as it gets. A todo app. But they do todo'ing better than all the other top competitors in the to-do app space. I still have my eye out for an up and coming competitor with fresh, innovative features, but until then, I'll take my Master karma and keep on todo'ing with Todoist.

I used to be a big Todoist user then dropped off for a bit. Ramble hooked me back in and it's never been easier to add Todos to my list. I have a quick button press to ramble plus and MCP connection with @Poke.com so my little assistant can remind be what I have or have not yet completed. Overall great to be back on the app.

Overall very easy tool. Sometimes it has problems syncing and rolling over tasks that weren't completed in the previous day that are scheduled for every day. If you mark them done they don't recur anymore for the current day. It would be nice to allow it to recur for the current day and just forget that you didn't complete it the previous day.
