I like the idea of being able to keep your DNA data private. In fact, I feel it’s critical. I just bought a kit and I’m really impressed by the packaging, branding, etc. I also started one of the very first consumer genomics companies in 2005 and I really like what Genome Buddy is doing. Watch this company!

This is so relevant! I definitely don’t want big companies (ie. insurance companies ) snooping at my Dna.
@jorge_rybar We could not agree more. There are big benefits for humanity in responsible DNA data sharing, such as medical breakthroughs, but it becomes dangerous if people do not explicitly own and control their human data.
This is perfect, and I love the video! I am glad that I didn't jump on the "discounts" that the other DNA Kit companies were throwing around during the Holidays. After I read the articles from Business Insider on how "23 and Me" sell this information to Big Pharma I wanted to find a decentralized option.
